Editing the Nineteenth Century

This cluster is designed to support people editing works from the long nineteenth century. Norton, Broadview, and Oxford University Press have recently commissioned major editorial projects in the nineteenth century, with dozens of scholars currently at work editing major writers and texts in the period. However, because so few institutions provide instruction in the field, few of us have formal training in scholarly editing. This cluster aims to provide community, resources, and mentorship for scholars engaged in this important editorial work.
